Mamava Becomes Ava Pods™

Burlington, Vt. — [September 29, 2026] — Today, Mamava, the company that created the freestanding lactation pod category, unveiled Ava Pods™, its new corporate brand and product portfolio of purpose-built privacy pods. Mamava will continue as the company's dedicated lactation product line and mobile app, while Ava Pods brings together solutions for focused work, lactation, and wellness under a single brand.

The launch reflects the company's belief that today's workplaces and public spaces weren't designed for the privacy people need to work, care for themselves, or access essential services. Ava Pods helps organizations close that gap with purpose-built pods designed for specific moments.

A portfolio of purpose-built privacy solutions

Built on more than a decade of designing for demanding public and workplace environments, Ava Pods designs and manufactures three product lines of privacy solutions that are accessible, ADA-compatible, and built to last.

• Space to focus. Focus has become a business challenge as open-plan workplaces make privacy hard to find. Ava Pods creates private spaces for focused work, virtual meetings, interviews, and confidential conversations—without permanent construction.
• Space for wellness. As telehealth and other forms of virtual care become more common, organizations need private places where people can access those services. Wellness pods support telehealth, behavioral health, medication management, and other moments requiring privacy.

• Space for care. Building on Mamava's leadership in lactation, Ava Pods continues to help employers and public spaces support breastfeeding families with dedicated lactation suites now installed in all 50 states and more than 75 U.S. airports.
