Our Story
About Ava Pods
Ava Pods started with a simple idea: breastfeeding parents deserved better than a bathroom stall. That idea became the world's first lactation pod, and over a decade later, it's grown into a mission to give people privacy wherever they need it, at work, in care, and in moments that call for quiet.
Since 2013, we’ve designed and built every pod at our factory in Vermont, and organizations across the country, from airports to hospitals to office campuses, use them every day. We're builders and problem-solvers, and we're looking for people who want to keep making our mission alive.

Forklift Operator
Springfield, VT
The Forklift Operator reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for performing various tasks including operation, inspection, and maintenance of machinery, daily use of a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods, as well as the construction of crating. This is an hourly, full-time position based in our Springfield facility.
Senior Territory Sales Manager
Burlington, VT/Remote
The Senior Territory Sales Manager reports to the Director of Channel Sales. This is a full-time position based in Burlington, VT but we’re open to a remote based candidate. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and deep channel sales experience. This represents a new area of our business, and will rely heavily on the established and proven skill set of the ideal candidate.
